Where were you?

I needed someone there for me
you weren't there
not even from the begining
you always arived late to the scene
and when it all came down
where were you?
No get well soon,
or good luck,
nothing from you, and it seems like it's the end.
I should've realized you didn't even care
should've assumed you wouldn't be here for me
I mean why would you?
There's nothing for you in it, so why bother to show your face?

I used to be someone to you
we used to be someone to each other
now we're ghosts in a faded past
crying to reach back to the world
but never able to return.
